It is for real. It took 6 years of planning & 85 hours to execute....(and A LOT of local anesthesia.)
The 63-year-old, from South Wales, joked: 'It was painful but worth it. You can't see much when it's asleep but it's a monster when it's awake!'
The tattoo was done by Dave Fleet of Abracadabra Tattoo in Blackwood,
South Wales.
